Do you photograph siblings?
Absolutely! Just let the photographer know when it is the younger child’s turn!
Do you photograph coaches with their player?
Absolutely! Just let the photographer know you’d like a coach/kid photo and it’ll be taken at the end of the player’s poses.
When do I need to pay for pictures?
We do not require you to pre-order before seeing the images. You’ll make your selections in an online gallery you receive via email or text.
What types of payments are accepted?
Online ordering accepts all major credit cards via Stripe. For families that do not have online ordering access, payment can be made via Venmo, Cash App, cash, or money order.
Do you sell digital downloads/digital files?
Yes! We offer a variety of options for digital purchases. Downloadable files are made immediately available as soon as our site processes the order.
Can I see the photos before ordering? How do I order?
Absolutely! Proofing galleries are one of MXM’s many perks! All ordering is done online via a password-protected gallery. There is no pre-printing or viewing at pickup to purchase.
How long does it take for portraits to be available to view?
Due to our company being a family run business with minimal outsourcing, we request ten business days for galleries to be released. We may often run ahead of schedule and at our highest volume season, slightly behind. We appreciate your patience.
How long does it take for portraits to arrive in the mailbox after ordering?
Orders are sent directly to the lab and will be shipped directly to the purchaser’s home usually within one week of ordering. Digitals are available for download immediately (within a few hours).
My child was absent or did not want to cooperate. What can you do?
For any child who was not photographed or refused to be photographed, check if there is makeup day option. If not, you may bring your child to any other local sport session and have them taken at the end of the session. All sports reshoots will be taken on a white backdrop regardless of team background choice.
My child’s sports team/league has a different photographer or does not have one. How do I recommend MXM for next season?
